For a parent or guardian to fill in, for their child. We'll add your child to the server by hand and email you when they can join.

Which Minecraft does your child play?

This matters: Java and Bedrock players are let in differently, and the wrong one means your child can't join. On a console, phone or tablet it's always Bedrock. On a computer the launcher offers both, so ask your child which one they open.
